This course is designed to help North Carolina real estate brokers navigate challenging conversations, protect their clients, and respond professionally when a property has a history, reputation, or condition that may influence a buyer’s decision.
Continuing Education Compliance
This course is approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and satisfies the 4-hour elective continuing education requirement for North Carolina real estate brokers.
To maintain an active license, brokers must complete one Commission-approved elective course each license year in addition to their required Update course.
Important Live Online Attendance Requirement
Per NCREC rules, students taking this course by Zoom or another synchronous online format must remain visible on camera for the duration of the course in order to receive credit.
Students must also attend at least 90% of the course. Because this is a 4-hour course, students may miss no more than 24 minutes total, including:
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- Extended breaks
- Time not visible on camera
