This engaging North Carolina real estate CE elective takes a practical look at the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, common ethics issues, and real-world situations brokers may encounter in day-to-day practice. Instead of simply reviewing rules in the abstract, this course helps you recognize how ethical problems can arise in ordinary transactions, communications, advertising, agency relationships, and client interactions.

  • Practical strategies for avoiding ethical missteps
  • How ethical conduct supports consumer trust and professional credibility
  • Ways to better protect your clients, your reputation, and your license

This course is designed to help brokers better understand their ethical duties and apply them in realistic situations, so they can serve clients with professionalism, honesty, and confidence.
